Class Guide

Chair Zumba Gold is a very low impact all seated class ideal for anyone who needs the support of a chair but still wants to have fun and do some exercise.  Our chair class also includes a free drink and chat after class which is included in the cost of the class.

Zumba Gold is a low impact version of Zumba designed for beginners and anyone who wants the same fun of a Zumba class but without the higher impact moves. 

Zumba is a high impact class that combines cardio fitness with Latin-inspired dance moves as well as rhythms from around the world to create a fun party feel to a workout.  Why not come and join the party!

Cost

All classes are £6 per person per class

(Our chair class is £6 per person including drink after class)

Payments can be made using cash, card or bank transfer

We have a loyalty scheme which is free to join (excludes CHAIR class).  

Collect a stamp for every paid class, collect 10 stamps and get your 11th class for FREE!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS YOU WILL NEED TO FILL IN A PAR-Q HEALTH QUESTIONAIRE SO PLEASE ALLOW A LITTLE MORE TIME BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS TO FILL IN THE FORM!

WE ADVISE IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH CONCERNS OR LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS OR ARE  OVER THE AGE OF 69 AND ARE NOT USED TO BEING PHYSICALLY ACTIVE THAT YOU SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE UNDERTAKING AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.

Venue Information

We use a variety of local halls and venues:

King Georges Hall, Harleston, Norfolk IP20 9BE - This venue does not have its own parking however it is next to a free car park beside the church in Harleston and there is access to the hall from the car park.

Wortwell Community Centre, Wortwell IP20 0HS - This venue has a large free car park onsite.

Needham Village Hall , Needham IP20 9AB - This venue has its own onsite free car park.

Brockdish Village Hall , Brockdish IP21 4JL - This venue does not have its own car park however there is ample on the street parking around the hall in the village.

COMING SOON Zumba Step combines traditional fitness moves and Step Aerobics with the moves and flair of Zumba this is a high impact class with the same fun of any Zumba class.
