Meet the Instructor
My name is Sue and I am a licensed Zumba Instructor based in Harleston and it is my mission to bring the fun to your exercise routines and help you to achieve your goals.
Currently I am licensed to teach Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold and Zumba Step.
Around 5 years ago I decided make some changes within my own life and having a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia made it difficult due to the fatigue and muscle pain.
With a lot of hard work and making sure I was eating healthier and having lost a bit of weight I started going to Zumba Gold Classes and absolutely loved it and how amazing I felt after class.
Now I am 4 stone lighter and my Fibromyalgia has been so much better since exercising.
I now teach classes myself and help others to achieve their own personal goals.
